NEW YORK (Nov. 26, 2019) - Women in PropTech, the leading global industry group for women
in real estate technology, announced the winners for its Inaugural Women in PropTech Global
Awards, recognizing global leadership in PropTech.
The organization, founded by Nikki Greenberg, was created to showcase diversity in the
PropTech sector and inspire the success of next-generation female leaders who are passionate
about the future of the built environment. Headquartered in New York, the group advocates for
increased adoption of technology in real estate through awareness, education and inspiration.
“Our goal with Women In PropTech is to spread awareness of the PropTech sector all over the
world, and highlight the tremendously talented women - and their mentors - who work tirelessly
to further the growth of the real estate and technology industries,” Greenberg said. “We felt it
was important to also encourage women to celebrate their own achievements by nominating
themselves and their companies in any number of categories. We are creating a platform
designed to encourage female entrepreneurship in PropTech, and empower women to take on
public-facing and behind-the-scenes leadership positions in the sector,” Greenberg added.
This year welcomed over 300 nominees around the world and submissions were judged by a
global panel of 30 proptech and industry thought leaders. The awards highlighted professionals
