The application of PropTech in Government Project is far-reaching. It covers every aspect of the built

environment, from concept through execution and ongoing monitoring. All along that pathway,

government touches the process. In some cases, it’s analyzing and implementing environmental safety

and soundness practices as required by law. In other cases, it’s helping governments and public projects

in their process management and how PropTech enhances the route to the final success.

Speakers for WiPT Government and Prop Tech Solutions:

To follow a pathway from conception to post-implementation use of PropTech, we have some amazing

speakers. First is Cari Stiegliz, President & CEO of Sage Method, who will be previewing for us the

iterative process of governments and developers, with PropTech serving as the pathway between the

two. Her work in the public sector includes government projects and the application of PropTech in

advancing the development. Cari’s words to live by are: design the tool around the process, not the process around the tool.

Next, we will have Denise M. Berger, who is the chief strategy and innovation officer for the US East &

Latin America regions of AECOM. Denise has brought to AECOM a strong digital transformation that has

defined AECOM’s growth, and her initiatives include promoting environmental, social and governance

and equity, diversity and inclusion across key cities, markets and business lines. Denise’s use of

PropTech has brought projects from vision into fruition.
