On the theme of ENTREPRENEURSHIP, Women in PropTech's International Women’s Day Luncheon is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to hear inspiring talks from leading women that embrace the entrepreneurial spirit. You will also have a chance to work with them in a workshop format to conceptualize ideas to solve our city’s biggest challenges.

Amy is uses an intentional, business-centered approach to shape and evolve the Convene’s widely regarded culture, its people infrastructure, and its operations organization to drive overall business success. She is also a certified executive coach, board member, and culture and leadership authority and alchemist for early stage and high growth companies. Amy is also the CEO and founder of New Fashioned and a board member and the chief people officer of ProductLab, LLC and Sand Hill Pharma. 

Part of the founding team and a former executive at athenahealth (ATHN), Amy has start-up-to-public company experience building the culture and leadership team at one of the most successful SaaS companies in healthcare. After athenahealth's IPO, Amy moved on to found Hawthorn Tree Consulting, which later became New Fashioned, where she developed her executive coaching skills and leveraged her operating experience to deliver coaching, consulting, advisory and leadership search services that benefit notable PE/VC-backed growth companies and their boards. 

Amy graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, where she double-majored in political science and women’s and gender studies, with the equivalent of a minor in religion, focusing on Buddhist theory.

Darlene Pope is Vice President and Global Lead for Smart Buildings and Digital Workplace Experience at WeWork. Ms. Pope is a smart building industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, technology, and smart building consulting. Prior to WeWork, Ms. Pope served as an EVP/Managing Director and Global Practice Lead for JLL's Smart Building Practice. 

Ms. Pope is a globally recognized visionary, subject matter expert, author, and speaker on smart buildings, digital workplace, IoT, energy management, mobile applications, wireless solutions, and other real estate technologies. Based on her accomplishments and work in the industry, she was named "Visionary of the Year" in DC in 2016, was recognized as a DaVinci Gold Award Winner and received the President's Award For Excellence at JLL in 2017, is one of Bisnow's Power Women in Commercial Real Estate, and was recently named one of the Top 10 Women in Technology by Connected Real Estate Magazine.

In her role as Director, Strategy + Organizational Design at frog, Linda provides a broad range of consultative services to build capability and improve organizational performance with clients globally. Her transformation clients include JLL, Pfizer, American Express, Hyundai, Facebook, Lufthansa, Mitel, BNY Mellon.

After more than two decades leading organization transformations at enterprises including Microsoft, Owens Corning, BAE Systems, and CIGNA, Linda brings empathy for leaders driving culture change, innovation and growth in organizations from startups to Fortune 50. Highlights include a corporate startup; all-time stock high for a 80-year old manufacturing company; 360% consulting practice revenue increase in one year; and 30% increase in sales revenue per head. She has lived and worked globally and specializes in cross-cultural entry. Her data-based behavioral science approach is influenced by neuroscience and human centered design. 

Linda holds a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently serving as an Advisor in the Rutgers University Design Thinking program, and has served as adjunct or guest faculty at University of Pennsylvania/Wharton, New York University, Cornell University, University of Michigan, Pepperdine University, Bowling Green State University, and Catholic University, and holds certifications in executive coaching, MBTI, DISC, and the Basadur applied creativity profile. She is a popular podcast guest and speaker, and was recently featured at SXSW, Fast Company Innovation Festival, Design Management Institute, CultureFirst Conference.

Having worked as an architect on the design and development of mixed-use communities, shopping centers and luxury residential projects in Australia, USA, China and India, Nikki’s deep expertise spans the breadth of the real industry. 

Nikki also founded and leader Women in PropTech and is co-chair of ULI New York’s Technology and Innovation Council. Nikki sets the conversation around the future of real estate.She is an alumni of the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia where she attained with honours a Bachelors and Masters of Architecture, and Masters of International Business with a focus on China.

Francesca is co-founder and CEO of hOM, a community management platform for commercial and residential landlords. Formerly, she brought Europe’s largest start-up network, Techmeetups.com to five cities in North America, and ran a 14Ksqft performing arts space in New York City. Francesca was offered a position on Feed The Children’s board of problem-solvers at age 12, starred in Oscar Winner Julianne Moore’s Broadway Show, Freckleface and represented Canada in an array of mathematics competitions, garnering her a full-ride to University for Finite Mathematics. She is a graduate of MetaProp, the premiere real estate tech accelerator based in NYC. Recognized for her work as a founder and thought leader, she was nominated this year for Top Founder at MIPIM and is two years’ running listed as CRETech’s top female influencers.
